Your Property Video Marketing Experts
Phil Spencer is one of the most recognised and trusted names in British property. Co-founder of Move iQ, Phil launched the platform to fulfil a long-held ambition to put genuinely impartial, expert property advice into the hands of everyday buyers, sellers, renters and homeowners across the UK. With over 25 years of experience in the property sector, Phil brings a rare combination of on-the-ground expertise and national reach that sits at the very heart of everything Move iQ Pro does. Best known as co-presenter of Channel 4’s long-running series Location Location Location, Phil has spent decades championing the consumer, and Move iQ is the fullest expression of that mission yet.
Phil is an MBE, recognised for his services to charity. Particularly, his work with homelessness charity St Mungo’s, which he has supported for over 15 years through fundraising and raising awareness.
He’s also a published author of three property books and has led teams on the Everest in the Alps Challenge, ski touring the equivalent height of Everest (8,848 metres) to help raise over £4.5 million for The Brain Tumour Charity.
In 2025, Phil marked 25 years of Location, Location, Location alongside Kirstie Allsopp. Since the show began in 2000, the duo have helped hundreds of buyers find their homes, becoming one of the UK’s most trusted and recognisable property partnerships along the way.
As Managing Director and co-founder of Move iQ, Amanda is the driving force behind the business. She co-founded Move iQ alongside Phil Spencer, Jonathan Hopper and John Adamson and has been at the helm ever since, shaping the strategy, building the team, and steering the vision that has made Move iQ Pro the go-to video marketing solution for property professionals across the UK. Amanda brings the kind of leadership that gets things done bold, focused, and always with the bigger picture in mind.
Amanda is the proud keeper of Noodle, Move iQ’s Head of HR and undisputed star of the team photos. For the record: she did not choose the name.
As Head of Partnerships, Alex is the person who brings people together. Whether it’s forging new agency relationships, exploring collaborative opportunities, or representing Move iQ Pro at industry events, Alex is the face you’ll meet and the voice you’ll remember. Brilliant with people, sharp on strategy, and always up for a conversation if you’re interested in working with us, Alex is your first call.
Alex is sports-mad and a proud Norwich City supporter. You’ll regularly spot him at property industry conferences so if you see him, go and say hi!
Specialities include unconditional enthusiasm, strategic snack negotiations, and an open-door (or open-paw) policy for anyone who needs a boost.
As Head of Media & Production, Steve is the engine room of Move iQ Pro. With a black belt in scheduling and production management, he’s the gatekeeper of everything that gets made, edited, and published. If it’s got a Move iQ Pro stamp on it, Steve’s had his hands on it. Creative, methodical, and fiercely dependable he keeps the entire media operation running like clockwork.
Steve is a die-hard Leeds United fan who also has a serious passion for American football. Don’t be surprised if the office conversation takes a sharp turn from property marketing to NFL play-offs.
Catriona is the creative force behind Move iQ Pro’s visual identity. Working closely alongside Steve, she brings a rare blend of design flair and compelling storytelling making every piece of content look and feel exceptional. With a background in film and production, she understands not just how content should look, but how it should move, feel, and land with an audience. Catriona is the person keeping all our media plates spinning and somehow never drops one.
Catriona is a proud Scot and brings just as much passion to her heritage as she does to her craft. Her film and production background means she sees the world a little differently, which is exactly what great creative work needs.
Rosie is Move iQ Pro’s Marketing Manager and the driving force behind our digital presence. From strategy and campaign planning to the technical nuts and bolts that make everything tick. She thrives on data, loves a sharp strategy, and when something breaks, she is the first person everyone turns to.
When she’s not deep in analytics or plotting the next campaign, you’ll find her trackside (in spirit, at least) as a F1 fan.
Ro is our Marketing Executive and one of the sharpest minds on the team. Working alongside Rosie and Steve, she plays a key role in keeping our scheduling processes on track and our campaigns firing on all cylinders. Her expertise in Google Ads is seriously impressive, and her hawk-eye for detail means nothing slips through the net. Ro is currently on maternity leave, but her impact on the team is felt every day.
Ro has a genuine talent for spotting what others miss, whether that’s a misplaced pixel, an underperforming ad, or an opportunity hiding in the data.
Our team is here to help. Let’s chat about your goals and find the perfect solution.
