Your Property Video Marketing Experts
Phil Spencer MBE is the founder of Move iQ and one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted property experts.
With more than 30 years’ experience across property and television, including as co-presenter of Channel 4’s long-running Location, Location, Location, Phil has built his career around helping people navigate the realities of buying, selling, renting, owning and moving home.
He founded Move iQ to take that experience beyond television and give consumers access to genuinely useful, impartial and expert property information whenever they need it. As a longstanding consumer champion, Phil is passionate about cutting through the noise, asking the questions that matter and helping people feel better informed and more confident about the decisions they make.
That trust is something Phil takes seriously.
From the property market and home moving to mortgages, renting, new homes and everything in between, there are few property questions Phil hasn’t been asked – although there never seems to be a shortage of new ones.
Amanda is Managing Director and co-founder of Move iQ, working alongside Phil Spencer to shape the strategy, partnerships and commercial direction behind the brand.
From spotting the right opportunities to bringing brands, audiences and great content together, Amanda is focused on making partnerships work – not just look good on paper.
As a consumer champion, Move iQ puts helpful, trusted and educational content at the heart of everything it does. Amanda’s focus is on working with the right brands to bring their expertise into that conversation – creating content that helps consumers feel better informed, more confident and supported when making important property decisions.

Rosie is Marketing Manager at Move iQ and the technical brain behind much of our digital presence.
Working across digital marketing, content, data and the systems that sit behind them, Rosie understands the technical nuts and bolts that make everything work – including the bits that make everyone else’s eyes glaze over.
With a multi-platform approach at the heart of Move iQ’s strategy, Rosie helps make sure our content reaches consumers in the right place, at the right time and on the platforms they choose to use. From campaign planning and audience reach to data, optimisation and everything happening behind the scenes, she keeps the digital engine running and makes sure all the moving parts work together.
Steve Cale is the media engine room behind everything we create.
Meticulous in his planning and with an exceptional eye for detail, Steve oversees the entire production process – from creative development and scheduling through to shoot days, post-production, publishing and YouTube.
But great production is about more than what happens behind the camera. Steve is known for creating relaxed, impeccably managed shoot days, putting contributors and brand partners at ease and making sure the whole experience feels as professional as the finished content looks.
Always keeping an eye on emerging media trends, changing audience behaviours and new ways to present and distribute content, Steve is constantly looking at how Move iQ can make content work harder. He combines that insight with extensive hands-on production experience to create high-quality, useful content that reaches consumers across the platforms they choose to use.
Catriona works across Media & Marketing at Move iQ, bringing creative thinking, visual flair and a strong storytelling instinct to everything we produce.
With a background in film and production, she works closely with Steve and Rosie across the whole content journey – developing ideas, supporting shoots and production, shaping how content looks and feels, and helping turn finished media into effective multi-platform marketing.
Catriona has a natural eye for what makes a story interesting and how an idea can translate into content that is useful, relevant and accessible to consumers. From the first creative spark through to how a piece of content is presented and promoted, she helps make sure everything feels unmistakably Move iQ.
Creative, collaborative and brilliantly organised, Catriona is also one of the people keeping all our media and marketing plates spinning.
Ro brings a strong background in B2B marketing and a sharp eye for the detail that helps turn great content into effective campaigns.
Working closely with Rosie, Steve and the wider team, she supports campaign planning, content scheduling and targeted promotion, helping to make sure everything we create gets in front of the right audiences at the right time.
With particular expertise in Google Ads and paid promotion, Ro understands how smart targeting can extend the reach of our content and help us support more consumers with useful, relevant information.
